Helping the Widowed!

On Friday, September 22, 2017 NALA did a service project! We went to Mama Jones’ house. When we got there, she had a lot of projects she needed help with. One of the projects was helping her clean up certain parts of her house. I dusted the coaches, washed the windows, and polished her wooden furniture. I was very happy to help her. While we were cleaning Mama Jones was telling

everyone thank you. I felt like a good person. It touches my heart to see an elderly lady thanking me for helping her clean her house. We sang a song for her and I gave her a big hug! I was so VERY HAPPY!
